Job Description

Analyze financial data and performance. Prepares reports and projections. Provides analytical advice to company to engage in commercial real estate construction, acquisition, and management. Prepares cost analysis for both acquisition and construction costs. Calculates outside financing needs for proposed projects. Prepares preliminary budgets for new projects and for existing projects. Establishes and evaluates profit plans. Coordinates with finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
